Return Policy for Used Padel Rackets

  • Padel rackets purchased can be returned within the first 7 days after the customer receives the racket, even if it has been used during this period.

  • The racket must be returned in its original condition and must not show signs of damage or wear beyond reasonable use during these 7 days. This includes any scratches, dents, or damage to the surface of the racket.

  • The customer must purchase a new racket of higher value than the returned one to be eligible for the return. The purchase of the new racket will serve as a guarantee that the customer is still interested in continuing the transaction.

  • The shipping costs associated with returning the racket are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is rejected, the shipping costs to return the racket to the customer will also be the customer's responsibility.

  • Once the returned racket is received, an inspection will be carried out to verify that there is no damage beyond reasonable use during the first 7 days. If the racket meets the return requirements, the full amount of the original purchase will be refunded.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

  • The refund will be processed within a reasonable time once it has been confirmed that the racket is in adequate condition for return.

  • We reserve the right to deny the return if the racket shows signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage by the customer.

  • This policy only applies to sales in Spain and Portugal. 

  • If any discount has been applied in the form of a discount code this policy does not apply. 
  • This return policy can only be applied once. If the customer returns a used racket and purchases a new racket of higher value, this second racket cannot be returned under the same policy, regardless of its condition. If the new racket is used, the customer must keep it and will not be entitled to another return under the same terms.
