Refund policy

The return guarantee is valid for 30 calendar days after receiving your order, refunding the paid amount at no cost (For orders placed outside of Spain or Portugal, in case of return or exchange, the customer is responsible for managing and covering the corresponding shipping costs).

- Only for Orders Placed in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and Balearic Islands.

  1. A product cannot be returned if it has already been used, except for the used racquet return policy within 7 days mentioned later.

  2. Items must be new, with their original tags and seals intact. (Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging is damaged).

Returns will not be accepted for reasons of personal hygiene, such as underwear, caps, bandanas, wristbands, insoles, or incomplete products such as sprays, magnesium, etc.

  1. To return an item, log in to Padel Barato, select Orders, click on Request Return for the desired order, choose a reason for the return, and to complete the process, click on the Request Return button.

  2. After confirmation of the refund amounts, our Accounting Department will proceed to refund the purchase amount within 14 business days using the same payment method used (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). If the order was made on cash-on-delivery, please inform us of the desired refund method (bank account, PayPal). If no payment method is available for this refund, you can request a gift voucher for the purchase amount to be used in our online store.

  3. If you received gifts with your purchase, when making full returns, we ask that you also return the gifts received with your purchase. If it is a partial return of part of the order, please consult our Sales Department by email at info@padelbarato.com or by phone at +34 608956845. Gifts must also be returned in the original packaging and unused. Thank you.

  4. Right of withdrawal and claims

In accordance with Article 6 of DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, and with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, we inform you that the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days, from the date of delivery of the order, to exercise his right of withdrawal, without penalty and without giving any reason. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is not subject to any formality, it is sufficient for the customer to specify his will to exercise this right, following the formal return procedure, opening the corresponding ticket and following the procedure established in our returns policy.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY - WE OFFER THE FIRST SIZE EXCHANGE:

Valid in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (except Madeira and Azores)

All Clothing and Footwear products can be exchanged for size as follows:

  1. If you have tried the garment or footwear and want to exchange size, Padel Barato OFFERS the first size EXCHANGE. You can request the exchange by contacting us via email at info@padelbarato.com, also by accessing the contact page or by clicking on the WhatsApp symbol that appears in the bottom right corner of the website.

We will send a courier to collect the product to be exchanged. Once received in our warehouses and verified in perfect condition, we will send the new size to your address. Only one size exchange is OFFERED per product. If the order includes several products for size exchange, size exchanges must be made together and in a single shipment for the first exchange to be FREE. For size exchanges, we ask that you register in our store so that we can process the process more quickly with your customer number and history of orders placed.

  1. After the first FREE size exchange and for subsequent requests for size exchanges.

2.1. The customer, after requesting by email the second or subsequent size exchange, sends us the product to our facilities with paid postage. After reviewing the product, with its original tags and without any defect, the size will be exchanged with a shipping cost of 4.90 € to be paid by the customer. Our Sales Department will request payment of the €4.90 shipping.

2.2. Returns for personal hygiene reasons, such as underwear, caps, bandanas, wristbands, insoles, or incomplete products such as sprays, magnesium, etc., will not be accepted.

2.3. In size exchanges, it is not necessary to return the gifts received with the purchased product. The size exchange does not affect the gifts received with your purchase.

GIFTS RECEIVED WITH PURCHASE:

  1. Certain products in our online store include gifts with purchases. In the event that Padel Barato offers an additional discount, or matches or improves any customer offer, gifts included in that product will be removed and will not be in the promotion.

  2. If a customer returns a product and does not return the gifts, these will be charged for the price of those products in the online store, deducted from the refund to be made to the customer.

  3. Gift items are subject to availability, so we reserve the right to exchange these items without prior notice when they are not available, for others of equal or higher value.

  4. If you have previously purchased the same product, please send us an email if, on the second purchase, you want us to send other similar gifts of the same price (another color, another size, etc.).

WARRANTY POLICY

  1. In accordance with current legislation on consumer goods warranties, our products have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase invoice, with the first six months assuming that any product defect is of factory origin, unless proven otherwise. The consumer must demonstrate that it is also a factory defect if it occurs after the sixth month and before the two years...

  2. To activate the warranty, you must open a ticket in customer support indicating the online order number and attaching images of the defective product (if it is a racket, photos of both sides, upper frame, sides, QR code/barcode or external side, if any, and all defects presented - if they are shoes, general photos, sole, and the tongue inside, etc.) and a brief explanation of the request (when it occurred, what happened, if it was received this way, transport failure, etc.)

  3. The Warranty Department will respond with the steps to follow, depending on the product and manufacturer (such as sending the product to us, lack of documents for processing, etc.). You can check the status of your ticket.

The manufacturer may receive the photos during the process and determine, without physical analysis, whether the racket is accepted or not.

The buyer should only send the product if necessary and need further evaluation, bearing the costs. The warranty process takes 1 to 3 weeks from the receipt of the item in our facilities, or from the day it was requested by email, always depending on the time required by the manufacturer.

When the manufacturer communicates its decision on the product to be reviewed, we will inform the customer of the decision, where three situations may occur:

  • That the technical service repairs the product and returns it to the customer.

  • That the technical service replaces the item with a new one. In this case, the SAME item will ALWAYS be returned, and it is not possible to exchange it for another (except if there is insufficient stock, another model can be sought or the money can be left as credit for a future purchase with an undated coupon).

  • An accepted warranty will only be exchanged for store products and a refund will NEVER be considered.

  • That the technical service determines that the product does not have a factory defect and that it is not suitable for exchange or repair. In this case, the original product will be returned to the customer. Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer (if the product was previously sent to our warehouse) and will be sent with the warranty card rejected by the manufacturer.

*Customers with warranties outside of Spain, if the warranty is accepted and wish to exchange, must assume shipping costs or leave it as credit for a future purchase with an undated coupon. Once the warranty is accepted, the Brand or manufacturer may request photographic evidence of the destruction of the defective product to be exchanged (it must clearly show the unusability of the product for normal use), to receive these proofs, the new product will be sent to the customer.

  1. Padel Barato and Padel y Pickleball SL act as intermediaries between the manufacturer and the customer for the positive resolution of the exchange or return of a product, carrying out the appropriate procedures for the resolution of the warranted product case.

Note: The warranty includes: Breaks and cracks on the plane of the rackets that affect the product structure. Paint damage not caused by impact against the wall, floor, or another racket. Sometimes, light cracks appear in the paint layer that do not go beyond an aesthetic defect and do not affect the functionality of the product. This occurs due to the use of rackets with very soft cores and very hard structures, and therefore, a paint that adapts well to the different flexibilities of these materials has not yet been found. It should be understood that we always adhere to the final word in the analysis and policies of the brands, where it will be determined in the laboratory whether the break was caused by impact and/or misuse or by the original defect of the product.

Return Policy for Used Padel Rackets (Valid for purchases made since March 31, 2024, Policy only for sales in Spain)

Purchased padel rackets can be returned within the first 7 days after receipt by the customer, even after being used during this period.

The racket must be returned in its original condition and must not show signs of damage or wear beyond reasonable use during these 7 days. This includes any scratch, impact, or damage to the racket's surface.

The customer must purchase a new racket of higher cost than the returned one to be able to proceed with the return. The purchase of the new racket will serve as a guarantee that the customer is interested in continuing with the transaction.

The shipping costs associated with returning the racket are borne by the customer. If the return is refused, the shipping costs to return the racket to the customer will also be the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the returned racket, an inspection will be conducted to verify that there are no signs of improper use, abuse, or intentional damage by the customer beyond reasonable use during the first 7 days. If the racket meets the return requirements, the total amount of the original purchase will be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund amount will be processed within a reasonable period after confirmation that the racket is in suitable conditions for return.

We reserve the right to refuse the return if the racket shows signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage by the customer
