Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL

For international shipments, orders within the European Union usually take 2 to 8 days, varying depending on the destination country. You can check the status of your shipment in your personal account. In some destinations within the European Union, free shipping is offered (Zone A from €180 and Zone B from €250).

For the rest of the worldwide destinations, the shipping time can range from 5 to 12 days. We work with shipping services such as UPS, DHL, and NACEX. You will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouses. The shipping cost will depend on the volume, weight, and destination of your purchase. Some countries may apply customs duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer. In case the order is returned from customs, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Purchases made through our service are dispatched with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 working hours for destinations in mainland Spain and Portugal. The shipping cost is only €4.90 if the purchase value is less than €59.

In the case of purchases exceeding €59, shipping is completely FREE. It is important to note that the total amount of the order, after applying any discount coupon in the cart, must be equal to or greater than €59 to benefit from the exemption from shipping costs.

Our shipping system ensures the efficient delivery of your orders, being the only one used for shipments of delicate and valuable items. The reception time of your purchase depends on the day and time you place your order. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 2:00 pm are delivered the next day in mainland Spain and Portugal. Those made from Thursday at 2:01 pm until Friday at 2:00 pm are delivered on Monday. Please consider the time differences for the calculation of preparation and shipping days. There are no departures or deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed from Friday at 2:01 pm until Monday at 2:00 pm are delivered on Tuesday.

BALEARIC ISLANDS

Shipments to the Balearic Islands are carried out via maritime transport, with scheduled deliveries within 48 to 72 working hours in Palma de Mallorca and over 72 working hours in the other islands. The shipping cost is €4.90, the same as in mainland Spain, and if the purchase exceeds €49, shipping to the Balearic Islands is free.
